In the Email include your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and photos if necessary.
2.2 Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in their original condition or do not meet these requirements.
